Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 2 to 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, two years of which, is in boiler operations.
Knowledge in troubleshooting is a plus but not required.
With ability to analyze and prepare reports.
Knowledgeable in Boiler Operation is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in Coal Fired Boiler preferably Chain Grate Boiler preferred.
With good communication skills.
Must show excellent leadership skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assign, schedule and supervise operation of boilers in compliance of production and plant plan.
Relay instruction/guidance regarding safe work methods and techniques.
Collection of data and analyze for the following Boilers Operation Summary:
- Safety compliance
- Steam generation
- Fuel consumption
- Water consumption
- Boilers parts and auxiliary status
- Boilers water chemical
- Target improvement
- Environmental compliance
Supervise/Monitor of Boiler operation day to day activities.
Responsible in making Preventive Maintenance schedule.
Liaison in ISO Compliance and Customer Audit.
Oversees repair jobs during Boiler breakdown.
Check/Inspect Boiler parts if in good condition at all times.
Monitoring of auxiliary equipment.
Responsible in manpower schedule and tasks.
