Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably Industrial Engineering.
  • Industrial Engineering experience in manufacturing company.
  • Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of working experience.
  • Time and Motion knowledge, Analytical Thinking, Detail-Oriented, Knowledge in IE tools and techniques.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Continuous Improvement Programs.
  • Develops and creates reports, checklist, new systems guidelines and operating procedures to have a systematic process flow for each department and Plants.
  • Work with Plant Heads and ensure that products meet quality standards, reduce production problems and minimize costs.
  • Studies and analyse on how to improve poor performing processes, and studies pertaining to cost control and cost reduction.
  • Prepares performance analysis and reports.
  • Maintains and analyse report for QC and MC Plants.(Boiler Reports, MRP Updating, DR Tagging and Approval).
  • Monitors weekly performance to ensure good operations performance.
  • Recommends corrective actions or solutions on problems encountered to eliminate idle and delays.
  • Coordinates analysis and recommendations to other department and Plant to provide a smooth and efficient operation.
